Today, the core of KJL is providing support to users at our client’s businesses – introducing new solutions; managing technical questions; problem solving user queries; managing IT equipment at user sites; and overseeing change management within their business.

IT Support Engineers
Be part of a professional support team.
KJL IT Support Analysts and Engineers monitor and maintain computer systems and networks within our customers organisations. We are seeking front-line and second-line support staff as well as field engineers based all around the UK.
- Installing and configuring devices and infrastructure
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Logging and resolving customer queries
- Problem solving across a range of business areas.
