    Experienced Field Support Engineers

    Excellent career opportunity with the KJL Group to provide both remote and on-site technical support to our clients throughout the UK within a number of business sectors with a focus on the automotive industry. Summary of our services includes outsourcing, technical support services, large WAN network design and securities, application development, cloud technologies, and project management to name a few. We are a forward-thinking company investing heavily in technologies giving engineers the right tools for the job to deliver time-efficient services to all clients.

    The key skills required include:


     > Good technical knowledge of Windows operating systems.
     > Windows Server 2012 to 2019 administration experience.
     > AD administration and management.
     > Microsoft product support (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
     > Microsoft Office 365 support and administration.
     > Basic Networking experience (TCP/IP topologies, switches, routers).
     > Support of mobile devices with MDM.

    Whilst the company does offer training, it is desirable that you already have at least one or more related certified qualifications.

    Experience:     Your previous technical experience will be essential to join a strong team of 22+ providing superior service to a client base of over 3000 end users. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills together with a good all-around knowledge of desktop support, networking, AD administration and management, Office 365, Cloud services & virtualisation, Microsoft server support, and hardware diagnostics.

    Salary from: £24,000 to  £28,000 plus monthly bonus (subject to experience)


    Working Hours and Holiday: Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with optional Saturday AM rota. Holiday entitlement of 22 days plus bank holidays. Monthly performance bonus and reward scheme. Flexi-time is available. Social and team events throughout the year.

    Transport: A company vehicle may also be considered after an initial 3-month probation. Therefore, essential own transport is available during the probation period.     Although based out of our head offices in Basildon, Essex, we are looking for candidates who are able to work from a home office that live north of Essex (but not beyond the Midlands) that are able to work from home. Therefore, it will be important that you are self-motivated and able to work on a solo basis.
