Our Journey to Attaining National Living Wage Accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation

We have some exciting news to share with you today! We are proud to announce that we have achieved the National Living Wage accreditation, which means that we pay all our staff at least the real living wage. This is a voluntary commitment that we have made to ensure that our employees can afford a decent standard of living and feel valued for their work.

The National Living Wage accreditation is awarded by the Living Wage Foundation, an independent organisation that campaigns for fair pay and better working conditions. The Living Wage Foundation sets the real living wage every year based on the cost of living in the UK. The current rate at the time of writing is £10.90 per hour for workers outside London and £11.95 per hour for workers in London.

By becoming a National Living Wage accredited employer, we join a network of over 11,000 businesses across the UK who believe that a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay. We also demonstrate our social responsibility and our commitment to our staff's wellbeing and happiness.

We believe that paying the real living wage is not only the right thing to do, but also a smart investment in our business. It helps us attract and retain talented and motivated staff, improve productivity and quality, and enhance our reputation and customer loyalty.
