We are thrilled to announce that we have contributed to the 'Sewa UK - Rickshaw Run' initiative, where our valued customer Umesh Patel of Bell & Clements Insurance is taking part in a remarkable adventure.
He and other brave souls are driving rickshaws across 2,500 km of India's diverse terrain, all for a noble cause: supporting a charity that provides life-changing surgeries and dental care for children with cleft palates and other oral conditions.
A cleft palate is a birth defect that occurs when the roof of the mouth does not form properly, leaving a gap or opening. This can affect the child's ability to eat, speak, and breathe, and can also cause ear infections and dental problems. The charity that Umesh and his team are supporting helps these children get the treatment they need to improve their quality of life.
